TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MINI SESSION CONTRACT

Parties:

COMPANY: Peridot Images (Joan Alonge)

CLIENT: [You]

Session Details:

  • Location: Barrhaven
  • Duration: 20 minutes
  • Participants: Up to 4 people included; it's $25 for each additional person.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time! Sessions will wrap up as scheduled.
  • Outfits: One outfit per session, please! If you'd like to switch things up, consider booking a standard session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations aren't allowed.
  • Rescheduling isn't possible due to the nature of mini sessions.

Image Delivery:

  • You’ll receive a selection of images to choose from.
  • Please note: RAW files won’t be released, only JPG/JPEG images.
  • Proof galleries can’t be downloaded, shared, or printed.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required before the session.
  • All services are subject to HST.
  • Additional edited images are available for $20 each.

Agreement Acceptance:

  • By making your payment, you accept these terms.
  • All other company terms and conditions apply.

Model Release:

  • You grant the COMPANY the right to use your images for promotional purposes.

Liability:

  • The COMPANY's liability is limited to returning any payments received.
  • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or equipment failure.

Copyrights:

  • The COMPANY retains all copyrights; you have a limited license for personal use.

Post-Production:

  • Edits and styles are at the COMPANY’s discretion.
  • Any additional edits will incur a charge of $20 per image.

Delivery:

  • Unedited images will be delivered within 3 business days for your selection.
  • Edited images will be ready within 7 to 15 business days after you’ve made your selection.

Archiving:

  • The COMPANY does not guarantee the storage of images after delivery.
  • Unedited images will be kept for one month and are available for purchase at $5 each.
